No IMP	Car Park Helens Bay Turn off the A2 Belfast/Bangor road for Helen's Bay onto the Craigdarragh road about 1.5 mile turn left onto the Coastguard Avenue drive along the lane to a large car park. 2^nd March	Downhill/Castlerock	No IMP	The beach (public toilets) Castlerock. Meeting 11am, later start time to facilitate use of the train. Belfast Lanyon place 9.20am. Mossley West 9.33am arriving at Castlerock 10.51am C773363 Sheet 4	8 Miles Road, forest, grassy tracks in Bishops Palace Demesne and Black Glen. Some steep steps, poles might be useful. 9^th March	Derry / Londonderry Bridges	No IMP	Belfast/Londonderry train from Belfast Lanyon place 9.20am. Mossley West 9.33am Meeting at Waterside train station at 11.22 for those travelling by car.	9 Miles Circular walk, taking in old and new bridges.
