Meet in Donard car park in Newcastle at 10.00. We will then take half the cars back to Ardilea Bridge.

We will walk along the old railway line into Dundrum, where we should have time to visit the castle, before returning to the coastal path and making our way past Dundrum Inner Bay,  through the sand dunes and along the boardwalk and beach to Newcastle. Can be done in trainers/trail shoes. A walking pole may be helpful on stony sections of the beach.
